This is a very popular pasta-shop PASTERIA made under the supervision of an Italian restaurant in Fukuoka. This year’s recommended menu is the exquisite cream pasta, a fusion of Japanese and Western ingredients with Hakata’s taste of mentaiko and sprinkled with salmon roe and bottarga (Karasumi). In addition, four types of pasta, including the classic and popular beef meat sauce, and two types of ajillos will be served. Enjoy with a glass of wine.
