    Credit cards are accepted.
    For electronic money, the QuickPay au PAY is available.

  • What is a hot wine ticket?

    There are mug vouchers, 300 yen OFF vouchers, etc., which are specially given to sponsoring companies and individuals.
    Some hotels offer this service as a special offer for their hotel plans.

  • I bought a sundries item, can I send it by mail?

    This service is available for customers who have purchased more than 10,000 yen.
    In the case of mail, we will be charged the shipping fee, but we would appreciate it if you could use it with your understanding.
    Please let the store staff know your postal address, phone number, and name.

  • Is there a restroom?

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use a toilet on the premises of Hakata Station or on the first basement floor of AMU.

    There is a public restroom at Lawson next to the venue, so please use it.

  • Do you have a smoking area?

    We ask you to use a smoking area on the first basement floor of AMU.

    On the way out of the venue toward Passage Square, you will find it near the parking lot.

About the venue
  • Can I take my pet with me?

    There is no problem if you put it on the carry bag or cart cage.
    The venue may be crowded, so in order to prevent your loved ones from being in danger, we do not allow you to enter with a leash or hug.

  • Can I bring in or take out food and drink?

    It is prohibited by guidance from the public health center.

  • Does the entrance charge take place?

    You can enter for free.

  • Does it cost money to see the performance?

    You can view it for free.
    Chairs and desks are available at the venue.

  • I forgot something!

    Regarding the lost items found at the venue.

About Mug Cups
  • Is it possible to purchase only mug?

    We do not sell mugs alone this year.

  • Is there a hot drink only available?

    Only when the mug is sold out will it be served in paper cups.
    We offer them in mugs so that everyone can keep them as a pleasant memory, and we hope you will take them home with you.

  • Can I buy a mug in the past?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. As for the past mugs, we are not selling them because they are all sold out.

  • The mug was missing.
