The “Itoshima Vegetable Eating Raw Dressing,” which uses a luxurious amount of Itoshima vegetables, is popular because the vegetables are grated by hand with their skins to give them a crumbly texture, and it is also gentle on the body, as it provides three times as much enzyme as usual and uses less oil. At this year’s Dressing Championships, Amaou Dressing won the highest gold medal, the first place in Japan.
