Hakata Wind Orchestra was founded in May 1988. This orchestra conducts theoretical technical research and performances of brass musical instruments. 1) Loves wind music and contributes to regional development. (2) Endeavor to develop the general band’s brass. The people who are listening to the music we are playing are also working hard to achieve a performance that you can enjoy. And is based in the papio beach room in Chiyo, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. Based on our desire to contribute to Fukuoka and Hakata through brass music, we have been holding regular concerts for free admission, visiting homes for the elderly and nursery schools, and performing at the Tenjin Christmas Market for the people of Fukuoka.
